OurVid for videographers

You made them a film. Deliver them a premiere.

Replace the WeTransfer link with a private, stream-only screening page your clients share with everyone they love — in the quality you actually graded it in.

Free to start · One-time price per event · No studio subscription

The film is finished. The delivery lets it down.

You control every frame until the moment you hand it over — then your best work travels the internet as an expiring link.

"The link expired — can you resend?"

Every WeTransfer delivery becomes a support thread three weeks later. You're re-uploading masters months after the invoice was paid.

"How do we share it with family?"

You hand over a beautiful 4K master and the couple immediately asks how to get it to 90 relatives. Whatever they choose — group chats, Drive, YouTube — mangles your work.

Your film, compressed to mush

The final impression of your craft is a pixelated group-chat forward or a stuttering Drive preview. Your showpiece deserves a better final mile.

The final mile, worthy of the film.

A delivery experience that upgrades your package — and takes the post-delivery support burden off your studio.

Delivery that feels like your brand

Clients get a cinematic private screening page, not a download link. The last touchpoint of your service finally matches the quality of the film.

Your grade, on every screen

Adaptive streaming encoded from the master you upload — no group-chat compression, no 480p Drive previews, gorgeous on a phone or the in-laws' TV.

Protected by default

Stream-only playback, signed expiring links, per-viewer approval and device limits. Your work can't be ripped and re-posted.

The couple runs their own guest list

You deliver once. The couple approves aunties and groomsmen themselves — the access-request emails go to them, not to your studio inbox.

Nothing about your edit changes.

OurVid slots in after picture lock — it's the sharing layer, not your archive or your workflow.

1

Deliver the master as usual

Nothing about your workflow changes — shoot, edit, grade, export. OurVid is the sharing layer, not the archive.

2

Set up the private screening

Create the event in the couple's name (or have them do it), upload the film, and hand over one elegant link — ourvid.co/e/their-names.

3

The couple approves their people

Guests request access by name; the couple taps approve. Everyone watches in streaming quality — you never field another "resend the link" email.

Studio questions, straight answers.

Can I offer OurVid as part of my delivery package?

Yes — many videographers bake the event upgrade (£29 UK / $39 US, one-time per event) into their delivery package as a "private screening page" line item. It reads as a premium service because it is one. Set the event up in your client's name so they own it long-term.

Who pays for the event?

Either works: absorb the one-time fee into your package price, or set up the free event and let the couple upgrade when they're ready to invite everyone. There's no videographer subscription and no per-seat pricing.

What formats and file sizes can I upload?

Upload the export you'd normally deliver — any standard format, including large 4K masters. We handle the encoding for adaptive streaming, so there's nothing to compress and no file too big.

Does this replace delivering the master file?

No — always deliver the master to your client as their archive copy, exactly as you do now. OurVid replaces the messy part: how the couple shares the film with everyone else.

Can I use it to show my own work?

OurVid is built for private sharing, not portfolios — your showreel belongs on your public channels. Where it shines is the client-facing delivery and any films the couple wants kept off the public internet.

Finish the way you started: beautifully.

Set up your next client delivery as a private premiere — it takes minutes, and it makes your studio the one they talk about.
